Meenal, why do this as an on-line self-study format instead of a live class with a set meeting time?
Face it, the biggest challenge for Overworked Overwhelmed Overachievers is finding a mutually convenient time when we can all gather.  The only option I have when teaching live is to find a time that makes sense for me and then hope that you are available.  In contrast, an on-line self-study format lets you decide the time that best fits into your schedule and you can choose where we meet - Starbucks, in your home, during your lunch break.  This format allows me to come to you wherever you are, rather than you having to come to me.

Meenal, what’s the benefit of an on-line self-study format over a class I can take locally?
One of my biggest frustrations when I taught locally was that so many Overworked Overwhelmed Overachievers would return to their home and work routine after the weekly class and their known pattern of “Don’t have time for this!” took over again.  The on-line self-study format allows me to use technology to create a stronger, richer, deeper foundation of concepts, body-mind experiences, and tools.  It also allows you to try on different tools and techniques that you can revisit at any time … once you purchase the course you have lifetime access to the content.  What’s the advantage of that? Think of the tools and techniques as clothes in your closet -- some feel and fit so well right now, others are a little worn around the edges but you hang on to them because you like them, and yet others, you have not yet found the occasion for them.  By having this flexibility, by having a deeper foundation, by giving you a tool box full of tools that you can mix and match, I can support you in integrating the change you want, from within your schedule, back out into your life.

Meenal, I am interested, but what details do I need to know?
You will need to set aside up to 60 minutes once a week for the next two months. Upon registering, you will receive a brief tutorial on how to create the support you may need to bring yourself into the course.  Within 2 days after registering, you will receive access to Week 1's content, which I call ReMindings.   Then, each week you will receive access to a new ReMindings until the program is completed.  

Why 8 weeks? Can I get through it faster?
Typical Overachiever question!  As one myself, I completely understanding wanting to finish things faster.  I have found that 8 weeks is the period of time that most people need to implement long lasting change in their life.  Any less time and it seems the changes and new “rewiring” doesn’t stick.  The way that I see it, I am busy and my time is precious, so I want change sustainable, lasting change!  That being said, it doesn’t take the full 8 weeks to start noticing a change … you’ll begin seeing changes pretty soon into the program.

What will I receive in the course?
Creating Support For Yourself set of recordings and tools.

1 ReMindings recording per week for 8 weeks. I use these recordings to introduce new concepts and lead you through short Mind-Body demonstrations, so that you can experience the concepts from the inside out. You will follow along with two students, Gail and Marv, as they ask questions and share their experiences.  ReMindings last up to 45 minutes, but can be shorter too.

1-3 Video Tutorials per week for 8 weeks.
I use these tutorials for one-on-one teaching.  With the Body-Mind Connection, some concepts are best suited for a live demonstration. Tutorials are 3-5 minutes each.

1 Guided Audio Meditation per week for 8 weeks. This is an extra tool that I have provided for support … only if you need it.  All of the concepts are covered through the ReMinding recordings and the video tutorials.  These meditations are downloadable so that you can take them with you on the go.  Use them as support to refresh your memory … use them when you simply want to be guided.  Guided Audio Meditations vary in length.

Do I need to buy any special equipment?
The answer is “No” to buying additional props, but “Yes” to needing some special tools.  Don’t worry - I’ll provide you with what you need and walk you step by step through what to do with them.

What if I have never meditated before?  What if I can’t sit cross legged? Will I be able to do this?
YES! Mpowerment Meditations are carefully selected so that you can use them any time … anywhere … even while standing in line at the grocery store. I want you to take them with you into your daily schedule … at work … at home … while away on vacation.  I’m very practical!  What’s the point in teaching you something that can only be done in a cross legged position, when most people are either standing or sitting in a chair throughout the day?

I meditate all the time. What does this course have to offer me?
One common challenge I’ve heard from long time meditators is “Meenal, I’ve been meditating for years and yet I still struggle to bring what I experience off my meditation cushion and into my life.” Mpowerment Meditations bridge this gap in two ways.  First, by using your Body-Mind Connection as your point of focus. Doesn’t matter where you are, your Mind-Body Connection is with you and I teach you how to meditate on it with your eyes wide open. Second, by using Breaks for Being.  Built into your daily schedule, there are pockets of time where you cannot do anything and you remain stuck in Overworked Overwhelmed Overachiever pattern.  In Mpowerment Meditations, I teach you how to open your mind to what is already there in front of you … how to transform these pockets of stuckness into Breaks for Being.

It is important to me that you have a personal taste of Mpowerment Meditations so that you can decide … based on your own experience. You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
