I
hadn't planned on sending a newsletter so soon, but I
just had to share! On the occasion of Integrative
InSight's 2 year anniversary, I am proud to announce
that you can now find me on Fridays (by appointment
only) in my own office in Westlake Village! Scroll
down to see a photo and to get details.
So if
that is my giant leap, what are the baby steps that
follow? My next goal is bring my programs to you by
better utilizing technology and my website. I am
receiving increasing feedback about schedule conflicts
and requests like "A CD with your voice guiding me would
be really helpful." While the solution I pursue
will be the next giant leap, I need your support to take
the first baby steps.

me to proceed in a manner that best supports your
needs. Please

My experiences in Costa Rica were timely as they
prepared me to take this giant leap mindfully - by
tuning into my fears about committing to office space
and realizing that they were no longer supporting
me. As you can see from the photo (taken
in the midst of decorating), my office is small and
sweet ... sufficient floor space for me to do my private
yoga therapy sessions or group meditation courses, and
just enough extra room for a storage chest and wall
decorations. I am sharing space with a local
therapist, who uses it as his waiting room from Monday
through Thursday, and I am there on Fridays. You are
welcome to stop by on a Friday to take a peek ... but please call first to
confirm my availability.
