This week's update will be short and sweet:
- My 10 days in Vermont were spectacular in scenery
and experience!
- While there, caught the sniffles over a week ago
... full blown chest cough two days after that.
- Had a major set-back after 8 hours on an airplane
and running 50 gates in Detroit airport.
- Still coughing and sniffling today.
- For a change, I am placing self-care at the top of
my To Do list.
- More to follow on why this is such a big deal for
me in November's newsletter.
Lots of events
this week ... some live, some on-line. Hope you
can fit at least one into your schedule! My
friend, Heather Whittington, a
budding photographer, and wise, gregarious yoga
therapist based in Maryland, took these photos.
Thank you, Heather, for showing me life through another
lens!
Sincerely, | | |

My Thai Yoga Therapy teacher, Saul David
Raye, was recently featured in an on-line interview. For
someone so young, Saul has a profound ability to communicate
age-old spiritual concepts ... both through words and actions
... in a way that the rest of us can experience. I will be
forever grateful to him for opening my eyes to the beauty and
wisdom behind the rites and rituals of my Indian
heritage. Never expected that during a Thai Yoga Therapy
training!
