At Your Place

Photo of Meenal KelkarMy "At Your Place” program is growing in leaps and bounds. Individuals, companies and organizations are taking advantage of the opportunity to benefit from my private Yoga Therapy sessions and Meditation programs at a time and place of your choosing - at your home or on-site for employees and staff.

Recent participants at Monte Vista Middle School appreciated the convenient location (on-site), time (right after the school day ended) and the opportunity for quiet, empowered learning time, sandwiched between work and home-related activities.

Yoga Therapy At Your Place – I donate my time to do mini-yoga therapy sessions in conjunction with community-sponsored events that focus on themes of well-being, health education and holistic health. While I used to travel to your place to do private Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy and Thai Yoga Therapy sessions, I now request that you schedule private sessions with me at my locations.


Meditation At Your Place – Meditation Courses and Workshops are interactive and dynamic.  Participants leave with confidence, gained from their own personal experience, that they can in fact meditate, anytime, anywhere, and any place.  Attendance is restricted to those people invited by the organizer.

  • For individuals, this is way to deepen connections with existing friends, by learning, practicing and supporting each other on life-changing techniques.
  • For employers, this is an innovative way to build community and well-being, while reducing stress, amongst your staff by hosting the programs at a time most convenient for those interested in taking it.
  • For organizations, such as support or networking groups, this is a wonderful way to draw newcomers and regulars to an upcoming meeting, by providing them with education on empowering techniques, which alleviate a myriad of common health concerns, such as insomnia or anxiety or high-blood pressure.

The minimum group for a Course or Workshop is 8 people. 

Option 1 - Host the event at your place and send out an invitation to your friends, family, or co-workers. Once you have a commitment from at least 8 people, they can contact me and pay me directly.  Pricing will be a flat rate per participant.

Option 2 - Hire me yourself and invite as many people as you choose. This option works well for companies where an indeterminate number of people may attend.

Option 3 - I frequently do speaking engagements for networking groups, professional associations and support groups. In these instances, I develop content that is relevant to your audience.
