I just recently did the 3 day Foundation Training through the worl-renown Hendricks Institute, the organization founded by Gay and Kathlyn Hendricks to teach their approach to conscious living to others.  My husband and I agreed that it brought together concepts we had heard about, but had not really started to apply ... and it did it in a playful way.  We are eager to continue learning from them!  Best part ... they are located in Ojai.

Gay's most recent book, The Big Leap, talks about how we each have an internal thermostat of how much ease and flow we can experience. Believe it or not, when things feel good for a while, we unconsciously sabotage ourselves back into our comfort zone!  I didn't believe it until they took us through exercises to experience this first hand.  

Gay will be doing a 2 hour workshop at the Ventura Center For Spiritual Living. I highly recommend it ... talk about experiencing and understanding your bodymind connection in a powerful and practical way!
