As you know, I am a strong advocate of Nonviolent Communciation.  It has taught me how recognize my feelings and connect with my values and to articulate them in a way that deepens my relationship with my husband, family and friends.  I am constantly seeking new ways to share this transformative practice with more people.

I am so excited that Santa Barbara-based Nonviolent Communication trainers, Rodger Sorrow and Anne Walton, are offering more workshops in
Ventura County. My husband and I attended this workshop in February and highly recommend this reprise as it provides an opportunity to infuse your relationship with fresh insights, practical skills, improved communication, deeper commitment and understanding, passion and attraction.
