As you know, I am a strong advocate of Nonviolent Communciation.  It has taught me how recognize my feelings and connect with my values and to articulate them in a way that deepens my relationship with my husband, family and friends.  I am constantly seeking new ways to share this transformative practice with more people.

I am so excited that Santa Barbara-based Nonviolent Communication trainers, Rodger Sorrow and Anne Walton, are offering more workshops in
Ventura County. My husband and I attended the Foundations workshop in February and highly recommend anything that Anne and Rodger offer.  We are hoping to attend this workshop to continue to deepen our experience of NVC in both practical and inspirational ways.

Seating is limited, as the workshop will be held at a private residence.  Location will be provided upon registration.
