Audio Meditation/Yoga Therapy Downloads

The audio downloads on this page guide you through simple meditations that I've developed through my experience with Yoga Therapy. My favorite meditations serve a dual-purpose … they allow me quiet down my mind, but they also allow me to tune into my powerful body-mind connection. This is the essence of Yoga Therapy ... having your own personal experience with the body-mind connection, which provides you with a reliable source of information to support your life choices.

It is my hope that these complimentary audio downloads allow you to experience my perspective on meditation - meditations are simply opportunities to focus, contemplate and grow. Therefore they can be found anywhere you choose to look for them.

Each audio download contains a different technique, so I encourage you to try all of them to see which suits you the best. Don't be surprised if you like more than one technique or if you find that different techniques are better suited for different goals (for example, clearing your mind at work versus relaxation before going to sleep). Use them as inspiration! Be creative! Adapt them so that you can easily incorporate meditation into your life.
