ABC's of Meditation Workshop

The ABC's of Meditation workshop is intended to answer your questions and dispel the myths that exist about meditation. Does one of these statements describe your thoughts about meditation?

The first few meditation classed I attended I eventually abandoned in frustration because I Meditation Toolcould barely sit for the prescribed time, let alone quiet my mind. As it turns out, there was nothing wrong with me - that particular style simply did not suit me. I eventually realized that so many different styles of meditation exist precisely because different things work for different people. So I set out on a quest to find those styles that work best for people who have busy lives.
